If a customer is unable to attend a scheduled training session, we will make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

By purchasing a training service on our website, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions of our non-refundable training service policy.”

• All training classes, whether online or in-person, are non-refundable.
• Payment for all training classes must be made in full at the time of registration, or you can split the payment options that are currently available.
• In-person training classes will be held at our designated training facility.
• If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment, registrants will be offered the option to transfer to an online course or receive a full refund.
• Attendance and participation are required for all classes, and a certificate of completion will be awarded upon successful completion of the training.
• Any materials provided during the training, such as handouts or coursework, are for the exclusive use of the registered student and may not be shared or distributed without the express written consent of Linda Paradis Academy.
• Certificates will be provided for online training sessions with following terms and conditions:
  Comprehensive Course Materials: Enroll in our Non-Invasive Magnetic Tattoo Removal Technique training program and gain access to a wealth of learning materials. This includes video lessons, PDF files, PowerPoint presentations, and other resources that you’ll need to fully understand the technique.

  Ongoing Support: Rest assured knowing that we will provide one year of support following the conclusion of the course. Our team will be ready to answer any questions or clarify any doubts that might arise as you apply your new skills.

  Marketing Support: As part of your training, you’ll also receive a package of marketing resources, including videos, logos, and images that you can use to promote your new skill set and attract clients.

  Assessment Test: After the completion of the course, you’ll take an online assessment test. This is your opportunity to demonstrate your understanding of the technique and the proficiency you’ve achieved.

  Hands-On Experience: Following the successful completion of the online assessment, you’ll spend a day with our ambassador in your state for a hands-on session. This session will solidify your theoretical knowledge with practical application, ensuring you’re ready to apply your skills in real-world situations.

  Certification: Once you’ve passed the assessment and completed the hands-on session, you’ll be eligible for certification. We will provide you with a certificate acknowledging your competence in the Non-Invasive Magnetic Tattoo Removal Technique, enhancing your credibility in this field.

The following terms and conditions apply to customers (“BUYERS”) who purchase the Products.

Upon the time of ordering to purchase the Products, you accept and agree to all of the Terms and conditions, wherever applicable and agree to be bound by all applicable international, national, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Terms & Conditions

1. Teaching and reselling of products is not allowed.
2. Names and logos are trademark registered; modifications are strictly prohibited.
3. In order to attend the Physical Class, it is mandatory to book refundable and exchangeable tickets and hotel stays. Otherwise, whatever the reason for cancellation of class we will not be responsible for any loss of money.
4. The warranty period will be one year, which will start from the date of purchase of the product.
5. Consumable items such as solutions, Aftercare, and cleansing pads are not part of the warranty.
6. Items found Physically damaged/ tempered and out of warranty period shall not be valid for claim.
7. Items found as defective and under warranty shall be replaced as per Company policy.
8. All the rights and ownership of our products are protected by European and American Patents worldwide.
9. Cancellation, suspension, or modifications in the order by the customer is possible until the shipment is sent.
10. Quality assurance provisions applicable to the product(s) specified herein shall be in accordance with Seller´s standard practices and procedures.
11. Shipment dates are approximate and are not guaranteed. The sender shall not be liable for delays in delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
12. Liability for all taxes and import or export duties, imposed by any city, state, federal, or other governmental authority, shall be assumed and paid by the buyer. The buyer further agrees to indemnify the seller against any and all liabilities for such taxes or duties and legal fees or costs incurred by the seller in connection therewith.
13. Magnetic needles are exclusively to be used with our non-acidic solution. Our Company is not responsible for in case of any use of other saline acid products or other products that may burn and make scars on the skin.
14. In order to attend the Physical Class, it is mandatory to book Refundable and Exchangeable Ticket and hotel stay. Otherwise, whatever the reason for cancellation of class we will not be responsible for any loss of money.

Order Acceptance

The Contract between Line Paradis Cosmetics Trading LLC (Magnetic Beauty GCC) (sometimes here referred to as “SELLER”) and the BUYER is created when an order is accepted by BUYER, either through receipt of written confirmation, or by submission of a purchase order, or by SELLER shipping product based on a purchase order, or by SELLER initiating an action to provide BUYER with the products or services that have been ordered and BUYER is deemed to have accepted these terms. All sales are subject to and expressly conditioned upon the terms and conditions contained herein. Standard Orders
No minimum order quantity is required unless specifically noted in the catalog. Changes or modifications should be made before sending the products via shipment. Any changes in the original order after shipment may incur additional shipping charges.

E-Dermis Magnetic ink extractor is always sold with Magnetic needles and a professional kit. As per our technique, it is mandatory to use it with our specially formulated Aftercare and other products informed during the training course.

Pricing
Prices of our products are fixed and will be provided in the shape of an order form whenever requested. There is no variation in the price unless there is a special condition or promotion offered by Line Paradis Cosmetics Trading LLC (Magnetic Beauty GCC).

Payment Terms
Payment terms at Line Paradis Cosmetics Trading LLC (Magnetic Beauty GCC) are 100% payment as advance. Also, we offer split payments on personal requests.

Payment Options

Governing Law
All disputes as to the legality, interpretation, application, or performance of this order or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws including its conflict of laws principles.

Selling of products is prohibited to individuals or non-professionals who do not fit up to the required criteria.

Magnetic needles are meant to be used exclusively with our non-acidic solution. But if this protocol is not followed, and our Magnetic needles are used with other products like saline, acid, etc. Skin may burn or scars will appear. We will not be responsible for these results.
